Banquet Room Contract Agreement
Terms of Contract

Deposit: $100.00 to secure date
Deposit Due Date: within 10 days of initial consultation
Deposit refund: For cancelled parties, a full refund is given unless the cancellation is within 4 weeks of
                          function. Cancellations within 4 weeks of function results in loss of deposit.

Rates: There is a minimum of 25 people required for all private functions. Banquet room prices include your
meal, tea, and coffee. Meal prices do not include tax, 20% gratuity, or alcoholic beverages. Banquet room prices
are guaranteed up to 6 months prior to function. Banquet facility reservations are limited to 4 hours. For functions
exceeding this time period, there will be a $100.00 per hour charge applied. There is no rental fee for sit down
functions (rehearsal dinners, etc.) For other functions (receptions, engagement parties, birthday parties, etc.) which
require catering finger  foods a $200.00 rental fee applies. Minimum of $12.00 per person or $500.00 finger food
purchase (which ever is more) for all catered functions. Staffing for private functions is determined in advance to  
properly accommodate you. Notification of any changes in the number of guests attending is greatly appreciated so
that we may change our staffing.

$25.00 cake charge for all cakes brought in. With this charge RiverFront will provide plates, forks, and napkins.
Serving cake is not included in this charge. Deposit is refundable with 75% attendance and will be applied toward
the final cost of your function. For double event functions (wedding and reception) an additional $100.00 fee is
applied. Rental fees include setting up and cleaning room, tables, chairs, and white linen tablecloths for these
functions. Rental fee does not include RiverFront decorations.
Bar and Liquor Options: Alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the RiverFront. This includes
champagne for toasting. Not complying may result in loss of deposit. One bartender will be provided at our front bar.
For parties of more than 50, there will be a $50.00 fee per each additional bartender needed.
20% gratuity added to
liquor purchase.

  • Open Bar   No limitations. Your guests may order alcoholic beverage of their choice.
  • Cash Bar    Host is not paying for any alcoholic beverage.
  • Limited Bar   Your guests may order preselected alcoholic beverage (beer and wine only).
  • Predetermined Bar Tab   Host may select to run a bar tab with  predetermined dollar amount.

Liquor Prices:
Accommodations: Banquet room accommodates parties from 25 people to approximately 100 people for sit
down functions and up to 200 people for other parties (receptions, engagement parties, birthday parties etc) where
seating is not necessary for entire party.  No smoking is allowed in facility. Smoking is allowed on outdoor patio.
Decorating: Additional decorating packages may be purchased. Basic decorating package prices begin at
$25.00 per table and include candles and greenery. Stored decorations are RiverFront property and are used for
purchased decorating packages only. Parties who purchase decorating packages must do an inventory walk-through
with a manager at the end of the event. Not complying may result in loss of deposit. Florist and wedding coordinators
are expected to clean up after themselves prior to arrival of guests. The use of nails, staples, thumbtacks, or masking
tape on wall is not allowed. Not complying will result in loss of deposit.
